The proposed project is referred to as the Fossil Creek Reservoir Open Space Annexation and Zoning, #4-08. This is a proposal for a voluntary annexation of approximately 330 acres of property within the Fossil Creek Reservoir Regional Open Space area. Also, please note that the Planning and Zoning Board will have the opportunity to ask questions about the project at their work session on Friday, April 11, 2008, beginning at noon in Conference Room A at 281 North College Avenue. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
