RE: Response for Revised Letter Clarify the Status of the New Billboard
Dear Jamie:
Per your request, please accept this letter as subsequent revision to our letter to
NextMedia Outdoor dated November 21, 2008. The purpose of this letter is to
further clarify the status of the new billboard to be located on Lot 2, Replat of Part
of Tract B, Fairway Estates Third Filing.
The City of Fort Collins agrees, in exchange for the granting of this easement, to
issue all permits and approvals necessary for the construction and operation of a
new off -premise monopole billboard structure on the property, made of steel
construction with a stone facade. The City agrees that the new billboard will be
recognized as a legal, non -conforming sign. NextMedia agrees to plant one new
tree and relocate three additional trees in compliance with the decisions made by
the Zoning Board of Appeals.
As Chief Planner, and duly authorized under the Current Planning Director, and
in conjunction with the Zoning Administrator, I have full authority to bind the City
of Fort Collins to the terms described in this agreement.
Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding the Access
Easement or status of the new billboard. Thank you for your continued
cooperation on this issue.
