Land on E. Harmony Road
It is our understanding that Larry and Nancy Glass, our neighbors to the west of our
property, are under contract to sell their land to Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) for the
development of 23 handicapped accessible residential units on their two acres.
We understand that any development on the south side of Harmony Road between the
shopping center at College and the fire station at Hogan Drive will require mutual
cooperation between the owners and the City for the installation of a sidewalk,
deceleration lane, and shared access.
The purpose of this letter is to confirm our willingness to cooperate (subject to our final
written agreement with the City) with the granting of right of way for a sidewalk from
our west boundary to our east boundary. A diagram of the sidewalk is attached.
This agreement to cooperate will be subject to our attorney's review and approval of all

Land on E. Harmony Road
It is our understanding that Lary and Nancy Glass, our neighbors to the east of our
property, are under contract to sell their land to Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) for the
development of 23 handicapped accessible residential units on their two acres.
We understand that any development on the south side of Harmony Road between the

cooperation between the owners and the City for the installation of a sidewalk,
underground power, deceleration lane, and shared access.
The purpose of this letter is to confirm our willingness to cooperate (subject to our final
written agreement with the City) with the granting of right of way for a traffic
deceleration lane to a point of shared access between the two properties. A diagram of
the planned deceleration is attached. A condition to our cooperation will be the City's
approval of a legal, shared access from Harmony Road.
This agreement to cooperate will be subject to our attorney's review and approval of all
agreements pertaining to the deceleration land and shared access.
