This is a request to replat a portion of Lots One and Two of the Harmony Technology
Park Second Filing. The original Harmony Technology Park Second Filing was owned
and platted by Hewlett-Packard. The property has since been sold to M.A.V.
Development Company which would like to re -configure the parcels in order to construct
a new four-story office building. This new building is different in size and shape than the
original building envisioned by H-P thus triggering the replat.
The parcel is 8.79 acres and is located south of Harmony Road, just east of Intel. A
new public street, Technology Parkway, would be constructed between Intel and the
subject property.
