RE: Harmony Technology Park, Fourth Filing, Replat
Dear Angie:
The Current Planning Department has received your request for one six-month
administrative extension for Harmony Technology Park, Fourth Filing, Replat,
Project Development Plan #7-08 which would extend to extend the time validity
to February 6, 2012.
This one six-month extension is hereby granted per Section 2.2.11(C) of the
Land Use Code.

RE: Request for extension of Harmony Technology Park 4' Filing Replat
Dear Marc,

On behalf of MAVDevelopment Company, we would like to request a six month
extension of our replat for Harmony Technology Park 41h Filing. The replat was
approved in a public hearing in August of 2008. Our understanding is that the
replat was completed, signed and submitted for recordation, but has not yet been
recorded pending completion of the Development Agreement.
MAVDevelopment is actively working to resolve the infrastructure repayment terms
which have thus for held up the completion of the Development Agreement.
However, since the replat approval expires in approximately 30 days on August 5,
2011, we are concerned that these final issues may not be resolved in time to for
recordation to occur by this deadline. We are requesting this additional time to
allow MAVDevelopment to complete the Development Agreement and to update
signatures if necessary on the replat documents.
