CO 80525 January 6, 2012 Mr. Ted Shepard 4v- City of Fort Collins Engineering Department 281 North College Avenue PO Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: Request for extension of Harmony Technology Park 4'h Filing Replat �K o Dear Ted, On behalf of MAVDevelopment Company, we would like to request an additional _extension of our replat for Harmony Technology Park 4" Filing. The replat was approved in a public hearing in August of 2008. The replat was completed, signed and submitted for recordation, but has not yet been recorded pending completion of the Development Agreement. MAVDevelopment is actively working to resolve the infrastructure repayment terms which have thus far held up the completion of the Development Agreement. We were previous) granted a six month extension of the plat validity which will expire n approximately one month on February b, 2012. We are requesting an �I additional extension to allow MAVDevelopment to complete the Development Agreement and to update signatures if necessary on the replat documents.
