Coordinating a location for the electric transformer is still required. [4/8/08] The developer will need to provide Light & Power Engineering with a completed Commercial Service (C-1) form outlining the electric needs of the building. A location for a transformer, and the electric development charges will also need to be coordinated with Light & Power Engineering (221-6700). [5/2/08] The portion of Timberwood Drive not being built at this time fronting the development and Pond 101 would need to be obligated for at this time. The details of this will need to be worked out. I do need to verify with the City Engineer that not having this roadway built at this time is acceptable, as we've relooked at the concept of postponing construction of roads after some issues on other projects that have taken place. Minor line over text issues on site plan and plat. 3. Harmony Road is no longer a state highway. 4. Who owns and maintains Tract A?
