Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Tuesday, August 5th, at 5:00 p.m., in conference room A of 281 North College
Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Director will
conduct a public hearing to consider a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The project is referred to as Harmony Technology Park, Fourth Filing, #7-08.
The purpose of this project is to replat a portion of Lots One and Two of the Harmony
Technology Park Second Filing. The original Harmony Technology Park Second Filing
was owned and platted by Hewlett-Packard. The property has since been sold to
M.A.V. Development Company which would like to re -configure the parcels in order to
construct a new four-story office building. This new building is different in size and
shape than the original building envisioned by H-P thus triggering the replat.
The parcel is 8.79 acres and is located south of Harmony Road, just east of Intel.
(Please see map on reverse.) A new public street, Technology Parkway, would be
constructed between Intel and the subject property.
The City Current Planning Staff and Director consider your interest and input in this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important part of the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
Sincerely:
Ted Shepard, AICP
Chief Planner
