Storybook 3rd Filing, and to invite you to the public hearing where you can
provide the hearing officer with your comments regarding the development
project. Storybook 3' Filing is a request for 76 lots on 13.92 acres at the
northeast corner of Mountain Vista Drive and Little John Lane. Specific
information about this development proposal is to the right and a map is on
the back of this letter. We welcome and encourage your participation, as
