[12/5/07] The dedication of easements on Mountain, Frey and the alley will require a
deed(s) of dedication as well as a Transportation Development Review Fee of $250 per
dedication and recording fees made out to Larimer County Clerk and Recorder (amount
determined upon verification of the number of pages). Our standard format for easement
dedications is electronically available for distribution. The applicant should consider
dedicating the easements on one deed of dedication form in order to be charged for one
TDR fee of $250.

improvements are being required such that a construction (utility) plan set is needed.

issue with Tim Varrone from GIS, the habitable -space structure will be given an address of
1734 B W. Mountain Ave. (unless the lot is being subdivided). Tim assigns addresses. 1734
B is required to be mounted on the entrance -side of the habitable -space structure, with
numerals a minimum of six inches in height, of a color that contrasts with the exterior color.

[11/29/07] The definition of a bed and breakfast in the Land Use Code is as follows: "Bed
and breakfast shall mean an establishment operated in a private residence or portion
thereof, which provides temporary accommodations to overnight guests for a fee and which
is occupied by the operator of such establishment." As such, a note will need to be added
to the planset that the carriage house will be occupied by the operator of the B&B.
