Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Tuesday, November 27th, 2007, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Putnam Elementary
School Flex Room at 1400 Maple St., the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning
Department will host a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as an innkeeper's residence at 1734 W. Mountain
Avenue (Inn at City Park B&B).
This is a request to convert an existing garage on the property's Frey Street frontage into a
carriage house with a 2-car garage on the ground level and an approximately 600sf
residence above, for use by the onsite innkeeper. No changes to the site or landscaping
are proposed. The property is zoned NCL—Neighborhood Conservation —Low Density '
District.
At this meeting, you will have an opportunity to hear from the designer about their plans,
ask questions and share your thoughts about their plans. If the project moves forward, you
will have another opportunity to provide input at a public hearing, at which time you will
receive a similar notification.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of offsite property owners, a few affected
residents may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
