Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Thursday, March 20, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., in City Council chambers, City Hall
West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521, the Planning and
Zoning Board will consider an item located in your neighborhood. The project is
referred to as Harmony Technology Park, Overall Development Plan, Third
Amendment, #39-07.
This is a request by two of the five owners of the Harmony Technology Park
Overall Development Plan to amend the existing Plan by incorporating two
former residential out parcels, shifting primary and secondary uses.among
various parcels and re -aligning Timberwood Drive. The two applicants own 202
acres of the total 274 acre O.D.P.
The site is located at the southeast corner of Harmony Road and Ziegler Road.
It is bisected by recent completion of Lady Moon Drive. With the addition of the
two residential properties, the size of the O.D.P. increases by 3.7 acres for a new
total of 274 acres. The zoning is H-C, Harmony Corridor.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of the pending meeting so all neighbors have the opportunity to attend.
