JR Engineering Job No. 39573.00 Dear Mr. Harridan: JR Engineering is pleased to provide updated Conceptual Utility and Drainage Plans for the above -mentioned project. Specifically the Conceptual Utility Plan, sheet 3 of 4, does not change the intent of the Harmony Technology Park Second Amendment Conceptual Utility Plan submitted by TST, Inc dated May 6, 2004. The changes shown are graphical in nature to represent changes in site improvements such as the construction and renaming of Lady Moon Drive and the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Lady Moon Drive and Harmony Road. The Conceptual Drainage Plan, sheet 4 of 4, does not change the intent of the drainage patterns or detention pond locations as represented by TST, Inc Harmony Technology Park Second Amendment Conceptual Drainage Plan dated May 6, 2004. The plan submitted by JR Engineering represents the addition of two existing enclave lots totaling 3.59 acres. The drainage from these two lots is insignificant to the overall plan and will not have an impact to the functionality of the drainage plan as represented.
