Said described tract contains a total of 273.88 acres more or less HTP ODP Third Amendment Phasing Schedule The Harmony Technology Park Overall Development Plan is a large scale, coordinated development with multiple ownership interests. Development phasing is undetermined at this time, but will occur over time as markets dictate for each ownership interest. As initial phases come online, each site -specific development will follow the required city process for review. Ownership and Maintenance of Public and Private Open Space Areas Ownership and maintenance of public and private open spaces areas will be the responsibility of the individual property owners within the ODP boundaries, either by individual ownership or by business park or homeowners associations where appropriate.
