He deserves a HUGE raise, and since we all know that your budget has plenty of room for that, you might as well give everyone a raise while you are at it including Steve, Jeff, Mike F, and Ted! OK back to reality... More seriously, I'd also like to comment that both Steve & Jeff have also been excellent additions to the Planning Department, and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences in our endeavors with them as well. In both the RM12 project and in the Meldrum St. project, as well as various other efforts and conceptual reviews, neighborhood meetings etc. Again many thanks to you all. The focus on P & Z changes that you made previously is truly showing and is shining through. Clark Mapes has been absolutely incredible on North College & on RM12, he is a huge asset and a real driving reason North College is going to blossom. Steve Olt on the Plum Street Project that 451 Bedroom student housing project close to Campus has also gone way above and beyond in helping me and the Utah developers on making this a successful project. Both of them are great City staff and have proven very worthy and valuable assets to the City of Fort Collins. They reflect a very positive image and desire to help and resolve issues as they come up in development. They are both great to work with!
