A decision on the proposal will result from this public hearing. Note: Please access the building by the public door at the north end of the building adjacent to the north parking lot. This is a multi -family residential project known as The Retreat at 1200 Plum Street, Project Development Plan - File #34-08. The request is for a luxury student housing apartment project consisting of 197 dwelling units on 2.63 acres just west of Colorado State University. The property is located on West Plum Street, midway between South Shields Street and City Park Avenue. There will be 3 residential buildings on the north side of Plum Street, 1 residential building on the south side of Plum Street, and a parking structure for 314 cars on the south side of Plum Street. All buildings are to be 4 - 5 stories in height. The property is in the CC, Community Commercial Zoning District and is included in the Transit -Oriented Development Overlay Zone. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
