The Final Plan Routing Sheet for 318 West Myrtle Townhomes is now on our pick-up counter for
you. The number of copies of documents to submit is as follows:
* Site Plan ..................... 13
* Landscape Plan ...... 14
* Building Elevations ... 6
* Drainage Report ........ 2
* Utility Plans ................ 12
Also, the Final Plan development review fees of $2,000.00 will apply (Planning + TDRF).

It's now been over a week since we last talked. You said I would get submittal information at the
beginning of this week. Hope next week works out better for me.

I will let Wes Lamarque make the call regarding your drainage report question.
The 2 sets of updated drawings before the administrative hearing included what? My records show
that on March 31st I asked for 1 additional Site Plan and 2 Landscape Plans before the public
hearing. These were the Project Development Plan drawings that went to the Administrative
Hearing Officer on April 7th.
We now need the Final Plan documents to be submitted for review by the appropriate City
departments and outside reviewing agencies. The numbers I indicated earlier today (and on the
Final Plan Routing Sheet you picked up) are correct.

I picked up the routing sheet and noticed there was a request for a drainage study. I thought since
we are not adding more than 5,000sf of hard surface this was not required.
Additionally I submitted 2 sets of updated drawings to you and Mark Verata before the public
hearing. Since I have not received any further comments should I re -submit these drawings or
should I contact Mark first?
