Bruce,
I did finally get the revised Site Plan you submitted last week. The plan takes care of the driveway width issue.
In preparation for the public hearing next Tuesday night, April 7th, I need one (1) additional revised Site Plan and
two (2) revised Landscape Plans. We did not receive a Landscape Plan last week. Also, as previously stated,
the revised Landscape Plan must show shade trees at 30' - 40' on -center along the north and west sides of the
parking lot within the fence. That would translate to 4 additional trees, apparently. Are any changes being made
to the Building Elevations Plans? If so, I will need two (2) sets of those plans.
Would you please e-mail me your Modifications of Standards document so that I can plug it into my Satff Report.
Other than it's always nice to visit with you I don't see the need for a meeting prior to the hearing.

I dropped off a set of plans this week for your informal review before the public hearing on April 7th. Let me
