taken directly off Timberline, PFA will require TWO sets of address numerals: one mounted
on the Timberline side of the building, and one mounted on the east ("front entrance") side of
the building.

[3/31/09] Thank you for sending in the letter of intent. That is all we need to allow the
project to go to public hearing. We will want a copy of the recorded easement in Final
Compliance, prior to the final plan approvals.
[1/22/09] Offsite construction is shown in the neighboring parking lot to the south. Is there
an existing easement in place to allow that to occur or will we need to obtain one?

[1/22/09] A legal description and exhibit for any additional easement is required for our
review and approval in final compliance. There is an additional TDR Fee of $250 per
dedication as well as Larimer County Filing fees. The county fees will not be known until
we have the final number of sheets to record ($6 for the first page, $5 for each page there
after & each dedication is calculated separately).

must be added on the east side of the site, either in the strip east of the driveway or in the
landscape area near the northeast corner of the site just on the west side of the driveway. The
condition of approval states: Response: A 3`6 tree has been added along the east property
line.
"The Applicant shall add 3 trees along the east side of the property and spaces so as to
not conflict with the necessary storm water improvements necessary for the proposed
development."
