Staff has reviewed your submittal for Aspen Dental Care - Final Plans, and we offer the
following comments:

[6/17/09] Carrying the comment through until received.
[3/31/09] Thank you for sending in the letter of intent. That is all we need to allow the
project to go to public hearing. We will want a copy of the recorded easement in Final
Compliance, prior to the final plan approvals.
[1/22/09] Offsite construction is shown in the neighboring parking lot to the south. Is there
an existing easement in place to allow that to occur or will we need to obtain one?

documentation described below.
[3/31/09] Just keeping the comment alive until they are actually due in Final Compliance.
[1/22/09] A legal description and exhibit for any additional easement is required for our
review and approval in final compliance. There is an additional TDR Fee of $250 per
dedication as well as Larimer County Filing fees. The county fees will not be known until
we have the final number of sheets to record ($6 for the first page, $5 for each page there
after & each dedication is calculated separately).

[7/17/09] An updated Site Plan and Landscape Plan were emailed to me on Tuesday, July
14th at 3:45 pm. I was able to open and print out the Site Plan but unable to open or print the
Landscape Plan. I responded by email to Shannon Doyle requesting that he resend the
Landscape Plan for review but have not heard back as of July 17. All comments on the
Landscape Plan are based on the original submittal. All comments on the Site Plan are based
on the new submittal.
