Agenda Review: If the Thursday, October 16, 2008 meeting should run past 11:00 p.m., the remaining items may be continued to Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall West. C. Citizen Participation (limited to 30 minutes) D. Consent Agenda: The Consent agenda consists of items with no known opposition or concern and is considered for approval as a group allowing the Planning and Zoning Board to spend its time and energy on the controversial items. Any member of the Board, staff, or audience may request an item be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda. The Planning and Zoning Board is the final authority on the following item: 1. Recommendation Item: The Planning and Zoning Board provides a recommendation to City Council of the following items: 2. #29-08 & #30-08 EAGLE VIEW NATURAL AREA FIRST AND SECOND ANNEXATIONS This is a request to annex and zone approximately 86 acres known as the Eagle View Natural Area. The two annexations encompass an area slightly larger than the 86 acre natural area, or a total of about 90.8 acres, due to the inclusion of adjacent County road rights -of -way. The proposed zoning for these annexations is the POL — Public Open Lands, District. APPLICANT: City of Fort Collins STAFF: Ken Waido 2A THREE-MILE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS This is an annual draft update of the Three -Mile Plan for the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. The Three -Mile Plan is a policy document that is required to ensure that the City complies with the regulations of the Colorado Revised Statutes. Section 31-12-105 of the State Statutes requires that cities complete a plan within three miles in any direction from any point of such municipal boundary.
