Agenda Review: If the Thursday, November 20, 2008 meeting should run past 11:00 p.m., the remaining items may be continued to Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall West. C. Citizen Participation (limited to 30 minutes) D. Consent Agenda: The Consent agenda consists of items with no known opposition or concern and is considered for approval as a group allowing the Planning and Zoning Board to spend its time and energy on the controversial items. Any member of the Board, staff, or audience may request an item be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda. The Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Board is the final authority on the following items: 1. Minutes from the October 16, 2008 Planning and Zoning Board Hearing. 2. # 27-08, CAMELLIA'S PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN This is a request for a change -of -use from a single-family detached dwelling to a bed & breakfast containing 2 guest rooms (fewer than 6 beds) on the property at 312 East Myrtle Street. The property owner will be the on -premise innkeeper / proprietor. The property is located on the north side of East Myrtle Street between Mathews Street and Peterson Street and is in the NCM - Neighborhood Conservation, Medium Density Zoning District. This is a request to annex and zone approximately 256.3 acres known as the Gateway Annexation. The proposed zoning for the annexation is the POL - Public Open Lands, District.
