Addition of a Permitted Use in the Low Density Mixed -Use
Neighborhood zone district specifically for the property at 525 South
Taft Hill Road. The property is developed and improved with two
existing buildings. The property is platted as Atlas P.U.D. The parcel
is .53 acre in size and zoned L-M-N, Low Density Mixed -Use
Neighborhood.

2. #38-08 EAGLE VIEW THIRD ANNEXATION AND ZONING
This is a 100% voluntary request to annex approximately 5.9 acres
known as the Eagle View Third Annexation and place the area into
the RUL — Rural Lands Zoning District. The Annexation is in
conformance with the State of Colorado Revised Statutes as they
relate to annexations, The City of Fort Collins Comprehensive Plan,
the Larimer County and City of Fort Collins Intergovernmental
Agreement, the City of Fort Collins Land use Code, the Harmony
Corridor Plan and the Fossil Creek Reservoir Area Plan.
