Noah Beals of the Zoning Department: 1. Acknowledged - We are prepared for Type 1 Review. Type 2 will not be necessary, as there is no drive-in or drive -through planned for the site. 2. Acknowledged — Buildings will be one story. 3. Acknowledged — There is no vehicular use between buildings and streets. 4. Acknowledged - Landscape Plan & Lighting Plan are provided. Acknowledged — The trash enclosure adheres to design and location requirements. 5. Acknowledged — One of the parking spots is van accessible and will be designated by a standard vertical sign. 6. Acknowledged — Requisite bicycle parking — interior and exterior — will be provided. 7. Acknowledged — Stalls are 9'x19' and drive aisles are 24'. 8.
