Plan Review response to staff comments;
1. A revision to the plan has been shown for the support of the new beam and columns in room

new elevator and its location.
3. The elevator has been revised to meet the minimums per ANSI 407.

of egress.
5. a/b. The lower level, main level and upper level in the main building all have ducted supply
and ducted return sheet metal systems for the roof top units. The old sanctuary on the west
side of the building is also a ducted supply and return system.
c. The kitchen hood specified is a class 1 hood. The duct chase specified is a rated pre

Pion Review response to staff comments; I have numbered these responses to correspond to
the numbers in the Staff Project review dated 212V2009
A
1. Information only, no action required.
2. Handicap parking signs and details are shown on the site plan.
3. Handicap ramps are shown.
4. No action required.
5. We propose to build the detached concrete walks at our entire property
frontage. This works well on Venus Avenue. On Crestridge we had to vary the
setback of the sidewalk to save a few existing trees. The locations of the trees on
our landscape plan are measured and accurate. All of the landscaping exists, and
is healthy and mature. We will repair any damaged curb and gutter. We have
provided a utility plan which is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
6. Our traffic engineer has contacted CDOT and the city engineering department to
find the scope of requirements for the traffic study. He will produce the study as
required.
7. We propose to alter the drive from the front parking area onto Venus. The
parking spaces are dimensioned. All of the parking spaces have wheel -stop
blocks.
8. A bicycle rack is shown.
9. No action required.
