However, to avoid problems pulling your building permit later, we will want to have 3 paper copies of the final signed mylar submitted for distribution. Since no utility plans will be filed, there is no other way for the certain departments to know that you have submitted any plan set whatsoever so that they can release the hold on your building permit. City staff is ready to accept a mylar of the Site and Landscape Plan for recording. Please make changes and add items being requested on the marked -up paper copy (attached) before submitting the mylar. Planning, Engineering, and Technical Services have commented on the paper plan. Be sure and return any red -lined plans you may still have when you submit the mylar.
