Number: 8 Created: 5 / 21 / 2007 [5/21/07] Please use the engineering scale (the drawing has to be scalable). Topic: General Number: 14 Created: 6/ 1/2007 [6/ 1/07] Stormwater and Engineering have agreed that a Site/Landscape Plan is sufficient and we will not require a Utility Plan set. However, to avoid problems pulling your building permit later, we will want to have 3 paper copies of the final signed mylar submitted for distribution. Since no Utility Plans will be filed, there is no other way for the certain departments to know that you have submitted any plan set whatsoever so that they can release the hold on your building permit. Thanks : ) Topic: Tech Services Number: 11 Created: 5 / 29 / 2007 [5/29/07] From Technical Services: 1. Needs lot description - (Lot XX, Block XX of ?? Subdivision). 2. Dimension lot; and, how do you know that the north fence is the lot line? 3. Dimensioning should be consistent (feet and inches or decimal feet). From Engineering - we actually require the plans to be submitted in engineering scale (decimal feet).
