Dear Steve,
Thanks so much for helping us with the planning process for the accessory building at
our home at 216 S Grant Avenue.
Per our discussion, we are planning to remove a fort structure and replace it with a
playhouse/storage building. The property is located in the NCL zone. The new structure
is classified as an accessory building with habitable space.
I am attaching preliminary drawings for your review.
