Thank you Emma,
I am sending you a pre -addressed UPS package to your attention tonight with return UPS packaging to send the redlines back to
me. I really appreciate you helping us out by sending these back to us. If there are any problems with this I could come to the City
on Thursday afternoon to pick them up personally.
The return submittal may take a little longer than typical, because as we discussed, we are going to try to meet with each person
that still had comments individually before resubmitting. I will keep you informed on our meetings with each person so that you can
attend if you like. Besides the hydrant location and the handicap ramp style, it appears we only have formatting issues to work out
so that hopefully we are done with this process after our next submittal.
FYI - The bank received one of their final approvals last week so I will be helping them as they go through the same process. They
will probably be contacting you in short order to do a pre -application meeting. They will be using the same engineer we are using to
do the plans so hopefully any learning curve on the formatting can be reduced.
Thanks again for all you help,
Scott

Scott,
Please see the attached comments concerning the Rigden Farm 15th PDP. I have redlined plans here for you. Applicants generally pick them
up, but as you are based in Denver I am happy to overnight them to you. Do you have a Fedex or other carrier account number? Please let me
know how you would like to have them sent to you.
Thanks,
Emma
