This firm represents Armstrong Custer Timberline, LLC ("Annstrong"), in connection with its acquisition and
development of certain real property located in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the "City"). As you know.
Armstrong is working with the City to process the Plat. Armstrong requested that I sign the Attorney
Certification located on the first page of the Plat. At the time of my signing, Armstrong had not yet acquired the
property subject to the Plat. I signed prior to the closing to help fulfill Armstrong's lender's requirements, and I
understand Armstrong has requested that the City not record the Plat until after the closing. My certification
should be taken to mean only that Armstrong is a Colorado limited liability company in good standing and that
Robert Gustine is authorized to sign on its behalf.
