As you know. Armstrong is working with the City to process the Plat. Armstrong requested that I sign the Attorney Certification located on the first page of the Plat. At the time of my signing, Armstrong had not yet acquired the property subject to the Plat. I signed prior to the closing to help fulfill Armstrong's lender's requirements, and I understand Armstrong has requested that the City not record the Plat until after the closing. My certification should be taken to mean only that Armstrong is a Colorado limited liability company in good standing and that Robert Gustine is authorized to sign on its behalf.
