Please submit the utility plans to Susan Joy directly and she will take you though the utility plan recording process. Then, the zoning department will review the house plans to ensure that it falls within this envelope area and satisfies the appropriate setbacks. Then please update the landscape plan to show the same envelope as the site plan.
