Re: Hidden Pond Estates Project Development Plan — File #11-07
Board Members:
We are unable to attend the public hearing regarding the above referenced property and
appreciate being able to submit written comments.
Based. on the information given at the first informal meeting with the developer, we have
several concerns at this initial stage of what we know about the development:
• It appears that a public path is planned which would be sited very close to our
property line. Our preference is that the path be sited further away on the
property. Because of the size of the property, it would seem that there would be
many other possible places to put this walking path
• We are also interested in discussing removal of the fence, if the path were to be
placed further away from our homes
• Other concerns include mitigation of car headlights as cars turn into their
driveways on the proposed street.
