Dear Jason & Wendy:
I am song for the delay in getting this letter to you. The Board of Directors have
reviewed your proposal and will work with you on the location of this access and it's
infringement on the existing North Poudre Irrigation Company's easement. It is my
opinion that this proposed development will not be a problem as long as the
covenants for this property clearly state that the portion of the easement not impacted
by your access is private property and not part of this development. The use of this
easement for walking, riding, etc. is deemed as trespassing and is subject to the
existing remedies.
Please provide me with a draft of the covenants for review when they are developed.
