As of today, the City of Fort Collins has approved the Rigden Farm 15th Filing and
Chase Bank at Rigden Farm plans for the official/mylar prints. However, the plans will
not be filed and recorded until the following occurs for each project.
Rigden Farm. 15th Filing, may be completed, pending:
• Submittal of 7 wet -stamped copies of the Signed Utility Plan set to Engineering
for filing,
• The Transportation Development Review Fee ($250) is paid for the easement
dedication,
• All recording fees are paid (a check for $31, made out to Larmer County), and
• The Development Agreement is signed.
Chase Bank at Rigden Farm, may be completed, pending:
• Submittal of corrected and signed mylar plan sets to the City,
• Submittal of signed Development Agreement,
• Routing of plan sets to the various City Departments for signatures,
• Submittal of 7 wet -stamped copies of the Signed Utility Plan. set to Engineering
for filing,
• All recording fees are paid (a check made out to Larimer County), and
• The Development Agreement is signed.
Once the above items are completed for each project, I will be able to have the Site
Plans and Plat signed by the Planning Director and Recorded, finishing up the process.
