Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Subject: Alpine Business Park PDP 60-day extension Dear Cameron, I would like to hereby request a 60-day extension to the submittal deadline for Alpine Business Park PDP. The negotiation with the adjacent property owner to the south regarding a storm drainage easement is taking longer than we had hoped. We anticipate that a 60-day extension will be sufficient time within which to resolve this issue. +Sincerely, I Troy Jones, AIC Chief Planner MTA cc: Anne Aspen 204 Walnut Street, Suite D Fort Collins, f0 80524 970.416.7431 fax: 970.416.7435 303 Sough Santa fe Avenue Pueblo Colorado 81003 719.542.7432 877.416.7431 Fax: 719.542.7436 Commt ty Planning and Environmenta; rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins May 8, 2007 Mr. Troy Jones MTA 204 Walnut Street, Suite D Fort Collins, CO 80527 Subject: Alpine Business Park PDP 60-day extension Dear Troy, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day extension to the Alpine Business Park PDP resubmittal deadline.
