Subject: Alpine Business Park PDP 60-day extension
Dear Cameron,
I would like to hereby request a 60-day extension to the
submittal deadline for Alpine Business Park PDP. The
negotiation with the adjacent property owner to the south
regarding a storm drainage easement is taking longer than we
had hoped. We anticipate that a 60-day extension will be
sufficient time within which to resolve this issue.
+Sincerely,
I

Subject: Alpine Business Park PDP 60-day extension
Dear Troy,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Alpine Business Park PDP resubmittal deadline. With a 60-day
extension to the May 18th deadline, your new resubmittal deadline will be July
17, 2007.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues
associated with the project. Should you need an additional 30-day extension
beyond that provided, please make an extension request prior to the July 17th
deadline.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free
to give me a call at 970/221-6765.
Sincerely,
Cameron Gloss, AICP
