Staff has reviewed your submittal for RIVERSIDE COMMERCIAL PDP TYPE I AND FINAL
COMPLIANCE, and we offer the following comments:
ISSUES:
Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Randy Maizland
Topic: Engineering
Number: 60 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] Please use Riverside Storage or Riverside Commercial as the main title on all of
the plans consistently (Utility, Site, Landscape etc...). You may use address or legal
description as the subtitle if you like.
Number: 61 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] There are several ROW and easement dedications labeled on the Utility Plan
(ROW, U.E., Drainage etc...) I did not receive any of these documents for review with this
submittal package. Please submit deeds, legal descriptions and exhibits for each of these
documents with a review fee of $250 per document. The documents will need to be
reviewed and basically ready to record with all fees paid prior to plan approval.
Number: 62 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] Please fix all line over text conflicts throughout the plan set. See redlines for
clarification.
Number: 63 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] Please use the 2007 version of the LCUASS Drawing 1606 detail showing
truncated domes in the ramps.
Number: 64 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] The standard revision blocks should all be cleared on final mylars. It appears they
are being used to track changes during the review process now. No clouding or revision
triangles should be shown on any of the final mylars. See redlines for clarification.
Number: 65 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] The page numbering system does not make sense on the Site and Landscape
Plans. Please revise the page numbering system so that each plan set starts with sheet 1
of x and follows in sequence. See redlines for clarification.
Number: 66 Created: 8/27/2008
[8/27/08] The aerial photo vicinity map on the Site Plan cover sheet will not scan or copy
well. A one line street map with street names and project site location is preferred.
