The last item we would like confirmation on prior to the hearing is that the current property owner(s) of Lots 5A & 6 of the Creger Plaza 2nd Replat are aware of and agree to the improvements to be made in association with the Midtown Arts Center project. The Larimer County Assessor's office shows the owner of both lots to be: Lithia Real Estate, Inc. 360 E. Jackson Street Medford, OR. 97501 Who will sign the Site Plan as Owner of Record after approval of the project? Thanks for your help.
