MASON ST.), CHANGE OF USE - PDP - 1-10/A - CORRESPONDENCE - (5)Page 1 of 1 From: Steve Olt To: rshortridge@rbbarchitects.com Date: 1/21/201012:11 PM Subject Midtown Arts Center Randy, After further discussion with Peter Barnes, the Zoning Administrator, it has been determined that the Midtown Arts Center, Change -of -Use - Project Development Plan is a Type 1, Administrative Review because the only change -of -use being proposed is the Small Scale Reception Center use in the C, Commercial District. The theaters portion of the request are a reinstatement of a previous legal, conforming use. This request does not have to go to the Planning & Zoning Board for a decision. Therefore, staff is scheduling an administrative public hearing in front of a Hearing Officer for a decision. The hearing is tentatively scheduled for Monday, February 8th, at 4:00 p.m. at 281 North College Avenue. Does this work for you and your client. If so, we need to have the required letter of notification out next Monday, January 25th. I will still need the discussed plan revisions no later than Wednesday, February 3rd, if possible.
