Randy,
Attached are the cover letter and staff comment letter for the Mann Theater conceptual review held on November
9, 2009.
1 talked with Peter Barnes, the Zoning Administrator, yesterday about the parking situation. He indicated that the
development plan you are preparing must show the existing parking lot to the south and verify that it meets, or
will meet, current City standards (layout, landscaping, etc.). On your Site Plan you should show the 2 separate
lots and ownership. Kurt will then have to work out the implementation and cost of any necessary improvements
with the owner of that lot.
