My colleague Matt Wempe and I discussed the project and have agreed no changes to the sidewalk width or location will be required at this time. Mason. We do not anticipate any increase in trip generation compared to previous uses at that building. Therefore, no study is required. Note that you also need to contact Matt Wempe or Jennifer Petrik in the City's Transportation Planning Division to discuss this as they have purview on issues pertaining to pedestrian and bicycle impacts.
