[1/26/10] Based on the applicant's responses to staff comments after the first round of
review it appears as though this request to replat the property can now be scheduled for the
required administrative public hearing. The applicant can coordinate the scheduling of the
date, time, and place for the hearing with Steve Olt. He can be reached at 221-6341 or
soltCaD-fcgov.com. See Comment #20, below.

[1/27/10] After meeting with Glen Schlueter of the Stormwater Utility and Bill Whirty of the
Parks Department it has been determined that the 10' irrigation lateral easement running
west -east across the southerly portion of the property does belong to the City of Fort Collins
Parks Department. Therefore, please revise the description of the easement on the
Subdivision Plat and Site Plan according to the red -lined plans being forwarded to Stewart &
Associates. Also, add a Parks Department Approval block on the Subdivision Plat according
to the red -lined plat being forwarded to Stewart & Associates.

[1/27/10] This replat request has been scheduled for the required Administrative Public
Hearing, to be held on Wednesday, February 10th at 5:30 p.m. The location is the
Venti/Mediation Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, 2nd floor. The
notification letter for the hearing has been sent out to Affected Property Owners today,
January 27th.

owner will need to sign the plat as the replat is creating a new lot line that crosses the
existing easement.

to review/sign the plat since this replat is creating a new lot line that crossed their easement.
