I just wanted to follow up with you on the Clear Wire site at the Collindale Golf Course. There have been many
changes recently at Clear Wire and I am now the one in charge of this site. I have been told that there is a
public hearing on the 22nd of September at 413M. Can you please confirm this time and date? Also, is there
anything that we need to bring to the hearing?
Once the hearing is complete, what is the process moving forward? What is the time frame for zoning
approval?
I appreciate all of your help. Please let me know if there is anything you need from myself or Clear Wire. I look
forward to hearing back from you shortly.

Thanks for the quick update. We are fine with building the fence at 6ft to avoid any delays. Do you need
anything from us regarding the change? Also, sorry to pester you about dates, but Clear Wire is really pushing
us for exact dates. That being said, if we build the fence at 6ft, what is the time frame for zoning approval?

The administrative public hearing for the Clear Wire WTF @ Collindale Golf Course is scheduled for Monday,
September 27th at 4:15 p.m. The hearing will be held in conference rooms A & B at 281 North College Avenue.
To my knowlege it was never scheduled for September 22nd.
The only thing I need at this point, and as soon as possible, is the reason for the proposed 8 foot high fence
around the facility. In Section 3.8.13(C)(5) Fencing of the City's Land Use Code (LUC) it states that "fencing shall
not exceed six (6) feet in height". This is a modifiable standard but must be supported by 1 or all 4 of the criteria
set forth in Section 2.8.2(H) of the LUC. The request and justification must be supplied by you, in your own
words.
