to the true Point of Beginning for the described Lease Area; thence following the perimeter of the Lease Area on the
following bearings and distances: S 84'1913" E, 25.00 feet; thence S 05°40'47" W, 25.00 feet, thence N 84'1913" W,
25.00 feet; thence N05'40'47" E, 25.00 feet, to the true Point of Beginning. Containing a total calculated area of 625
