August 5, 2010
On Thursday, August 19, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue,
Fort Collins, Colorado, the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a
public hearing to discuss a land use development proposal in your neighborhood.
The project is referred to as Taco John's —1603 and 1605 North College
Avenue, Project Development Plan, #13-10.
This is a request for a new 747 square foot restaurant featuring two drive -through
lanes. The site is now vacant and located 1603 and 1605 North College Avenue.
The site is .75 acres in size and will share an access drive with the existing
Executive Carwash and Self -Storage, the adjoining parcel to the north. The
parcel is zoned C-S, Service Commercial.
The Planning and Zoning Board considers public input to be an important part of
the development review process. The list of affected property owners for this
public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor.
Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of
rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please
feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may
have the opportunity to attend.
Sincerely:
Ted Shepard, AICP
Chief Planner
