On Thursday, April 21, 2011, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 — 0 to approve a Modification to
Section 4.9(E)(1)(g) of the Land Use Code to allow a flat roof and voted 7 — 0 to
approve Pura Vida Place, Project Development Plan, # PDP11-0003.
