HomeMy WebLinkAboutFOSSIL CREEK 392 - ANNEXATION & ZONING - 32-09 - CORRESPONDENCE - (6)i Number: 6 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/091 The title needs to be changed, as does the title in the City Council signature block. Per Steve Olt the title was to be "Fossil Creek 392 Annexation". Number: 7 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/09] The clerk and recorder signature block is not needed. Number: 8 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/09] Please correct the typos 'break" in the Fossil Creek Reservoir Open Space Annexation name. Number: 9 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/09] The contiguity hatch needs to be darkened up. Number: 10 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/09] Why does the distance of the contiguous line of the boundary, not match the Fossil Creek Reservoir Open Space Annexation boundary? Number: 11 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/09] The legal on the plat emailed on 10/9/09 does not match the boundary shown on the plat. The legal describes the "property", not the annexation boundary. Number: 12 Created: 10/13/2009 [10/13/09] The Vicinity Map needs to be a "one line" style map. The aerial is too much, and will not scan or reproduce well. Department: Zoning Issue Contact: Jenny Nuckols Topic: ZONING Number: 3 Created: 9/30/2009 [9/30/09] Any on site signage will need to be brought into compliance with City of Fort Collins Sign Code regulations within seven years.
