Scott,
The Annexation Map is not yet completed so we (City of Fort Collins) have not yet received copies. I have
instructed the applicant to provide them as soon as possible. At that time you will be forwarded a copy.
Regarding a Master Plan, are you referring to some sort of a development plan for the property? If so, we do not
accept any site specific development plans until the Annexation & Zoning request has at least gone to City
Council for the initiating resolution, which will be October 20th. I do not know when the applicant intends to
submit a development plan. The only thing the City of Fort Collins is reviewing at this time is annexation & zoning
of the property.
The Petitioner is Larry Gilleland with Vertical Partners, 2814 South Fig Street, Lakewood, CO 80228.

Hi Steve —
We received this annexation referral in the mail yesterday and have scheduled it for our October 21 st
Planning Commission meeting. Please note that we will be sending you the Planning Commission
recommendation the day following that meeting. We didn't receive any copies of an annexation plat or
any type of master plan, so I wonder if that additional information is available? Also, I can't make out
the signature of the petitioner. Could you please provide their name and contact information as we will
be sending them materials before the Planning Commission meeting.
