This site; disturbs less than 10,000 sq-ft, is not in a sensitive area, and is not in a larger development under construction. Therefore, no submittal of erosion control material is needed. However, the site still must still be swept and maintained to prevent dirt and other pollutants from entering the storm sewer or else BMPs will be required of the site. Measuring from the plat and aerials it appears that the new structure may just barely fit within the existing building envelope and potentially encroach into the easement by 1 - 2 feet. Please provide information confirming that the structure will fit within the building envelope, otherwise we may need to proceed with vacating a small portion of the blanket easement. APPLICANT RESPONSE: Please see attached Building Envelope Detail showing that the equipment structure ("Proposed Lease Area") does in fact fit inside the building envelope. Please explain the proposed location and why it is as far away from the roof edge as possible. It should resemble a brick column to blend better with the buildng. APPLICANT RESPONSE: Please see the photosimulation of the equipment shelter. The cable tray is metal but will be painted to match the color and texture of the brick on the building. But please provide information how the current proposal will allow for co -location. APPLICANT RESPONSE: Verizon Wireless antennas will occupy only a small portion of the building rooftop. The existing rooftop is approximately 55,333 sq. ft.; the proposed antenna screens will each occupy approximately 225 sq. ft. for a total of 450 sq. ft.
