This could occur under the signature lines. If we cannot read the signatures then we do not know if both Midtown Arts Center and IBMC have actually signed the Site Plan. Also, putting the bike rack detail in the building footprint has made the outline of the building somewhat secondary. The lineweight for the building footprint should be bolder and darker and labeled. These are Planning's comments. I am not speaking for Marc Virata of Engineering and Glen Schlueter of Stormwater regarding adding the word "Private" to the stormwater inlet.
