Attached is the newly revised Final Site Plan for the Midtown Arts Center. I added the drainage detail and addition of the
word "Private" to Storm Water Inlet. If this meets your approval, I will issue a new mylar to be circulated by Kurt Terrio

A few more corrections: Signature Blocks include names, titles and Company names, and the building is bolded
and lableled.

Regarding the 2 owners signature blocks, please note who they are (Lots 5A and 6, Creger Plaza 2nd Replat
or Midtown Arts Center, LLC and One Time LLC). This could occur under the signature lines. If we cannot read
the signatures then we do not know if both Midtown Arts Center and IBMC have actually signed the Site Plan.
Also, putting the bike rack detail in the building footprint has made the outline of the building somewhat
secondary. The lineweight for the building footprint should be bolder and darker and labeled.
These are Planning's comments. I am not speaking for Marc Virata of Engineering and Glen Schlueter of
Stormwater regarding adding the word "Private" to the stormwater inlet.
