Deanne,
Please find attached in Word format, our deed of dedication template. Also attached is our TDRF
Application which should be filled out and submitted with the actual easement along with the
accompanying TDR fee ($250). Please let me know of any questions or concerns you might have.

Attached is the corrected legal description. Sorry for the mix-up. I'm sure Kurt is working with his attorney
to get the deed of dedication prepared. Please contact him at 225-2555. Thank you.

Hi Deanne,
I received a resubmittal of the Midtown Arts Center project. Included within that resubmittal was a sketch
and legal description for the emergency access easement required by PFA. It doesn't appear that this
legal was revised from the previous version back in Feb/March and still has an issue with a missing curve
in the legal description. I've attached my previous email on this for reference. We'll also be wanting the
signed deed of dedication documents in conjunction with the revised legal in order to have the easement
processed (and the project then recorded). Let me know of any thoughts or concerns you might have with
this.
Thanks,
